Divine Essence UG is not your typical shop — we carefully select artisanal products from across Europe with love. We don’t manufacture; we celebrate the unique craftsmanship of passionate artisans who put their heart into every creation. 💖✨

2. Why choose handcrafted products?

Because handmade products are like a homemade cake 🍰: they have more flavor, more personality, and above all, they’re good for the heart (and the planet 🌍). Forget mass-produced goods — welcome to authenticity and creativity!

3. How do you select your artisans and products?

We go with our heart — but not only that! Every creation is tested against strict criteria of quality, ethics, and sustainability.

And most importantly, we work hand in hand 🤲 with our artisans, without stress or useless middlemen — just shared passion.

4. What types of products do you offer?

Right now, we mainly offer wellness and skincare products.

But don’t worry — our catalog will grow slowly but surely 🌱, always with the same standards: natural, responsible, and meaningful.

In short, we choose quality over quantity… and we’re preparing some beautiful surprises for you!

5. How can I be sure of the quality and authenticity?

Our team tests every product (we’re kind of like beauty detectives 🕵️‍♂️ looking for the best).

And our community shares its feedback (and soon, hopefully you too! 😉).

We’re transparent as crystal-clear water: you know what you're buying, where it comes from, and why it’s special.

6. What’s your delivery policy?

At Divine Essence, we focus on short supply chains and fast delivery 📦 — no weeks of waiting!

In general, you’ll receive your treasure within about 5 business days, shipped with care to preserve quality and freshness.

If there’s a hiccup along the way (even the best delivery trucks 🚚 run into trouble sometimes), we’ll keep you informed so you can track your order stress-free.

7. What if a product arrives damaged?

It happens — no risk, no breakage! 😅

Just send us a quick photo 📸 of the issue, and we’ll take care of it: exchange, refund, or even a sweet little note to apologize. 💌

8. Can I return a product?

We love making everyone happy, but for hygiene reasons (and because we don’t want any surprise “curly shampoo” 😅), we can’t accept returns of opened products.

👉 But if your package arrives in “waterfall mode” or we made a mistake in your order, contact us right away — we’ll fix it together, pinky promise! 😊

9. How do you support artisans?

We give them a real platform to shine, with no pressure or fuss.

We highlight their skills, honor their authentic work, and share their passion with you.
